TRANSLATION OFFICE

General and specialist English translation

I translate between English and Polish, working with business documents, contracts, correspondence, legal texts and technical material. These are non-certified general and specialist translations; I do not provide sworn certification for English.

Contracts, legal texts and correspondence

A contract, manual and business message serve different purposes. Specify the audience, intended use and preferred format. Existing glossaries or approved terminology help maintain consistency.

Please include documents referred to in the text and any terminology already agreed. Definitions, clause numbering and references to schedules matter in contracts; technical documentation requires consistent names for functions, parts and messages. We agree which supporting materials are included alongside the main text.

Technical documentation and data collections

My IT knowledge helps me understand the structure of reports, fields and system descriptions. We agree which elements require translation and which identifiers or values should be preserved.

If you hold an editable version and can lawfully share it, please provide it. For tables, identify the columns to translate and items to retain, such as codes, addresses or identifiers. I assess the possibility of preserving the layout after reviewing the file.

Certification requirements

I do not provide my own sworn certification of English translations. Registration TP/27/17 covers Ukrainian. If an institution requires a sworn English translator, clarify that requirement before ordering.
