Contracts, documents and correspondence
Translating a contract, correspondence or procedural material requires the meaning, names and references to other documents to be retained. Specify who will use the translation and for what purpose.
Include attachments and passages referred to in the text. If the names of parties, products or technical components have already been translated, provide the established terminology. This helps identify wording that needs to remain consistent with earlier documents.
Procedural documents and digital material
You can enquire about case files, selected messages, tables or the content of a technical report. With larger collections, we agree which files to include and how to label passages so that each translation can be traced to its source.
For correspondence, identify the date range and conversations required; for a PDF, specify the pages to be translated. Screenshots should show the full passage covered by the order. Please mention any additional languages in the material before requesting a quotation.
When certified translation is required
Russian services cover general and specialist translations without sworn certification. My sworn translator authorisation covers Ukrainian. If the recipient requires a certified Russian translation, flag this requirement before ordering.
